Welcome to HaiTopUp. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Fly Fly Mu Technology Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the HaiTopUp mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing HaiTopUp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Independence and Ownership

HaiTopUp is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, or endorsed by Google, Google Play, or Android.

  • Trademarks: All applications and games hosted on our platform are the property of their respective developers or publishers.
  • Integrity: We provide original APK files for free applications. We do not offer "mods," "cheats," or modified versions of any software. Files provided are identical to those found on official app stores.

2. Permitted Use and Restrictions

All content on HaiTopUp—including text, graphics, logos, and code—is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Usage Rules:

  • Personal Use Only: The Service is intended for individual, non-commercial entertainment and information.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Service for commercial gain.
  • System Integrity: You agree not to use automated systems (bots, spiders, or scrapers) to access the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our servers.
  • Age Requirement: HaiTopUp is not designed for children. You must be at least 14 years old to use our Service.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access specific features, you may be required to register an account.

  • Accuracy: You must provide truthful and current information during registration.
  • Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.
  • Responsibility: You are legally responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service.

4. Paid Services and Billing

Certain features or digital products within HaiTopUp may require payment ("Paid Services").

  • Payment Processing: Transactions are handled via secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the in-game product or top-up has been successfully delivered to your designated account. No credits will be issued for account terminations or user errors (e.g., providing an incorrect Zone ID).
  • Failed Deliveries: If a transaction is completed but the product fails to deliver due to a system error or technical issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund for a failed delivery, you must contact our support team at support@haitopup.com with your transaction details.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Service may contain links to external websites or advertisements.

  • No Control: HaiTopUp does not monitor or control third-party websites. When you leave our platform, you are subject to the terms and policies of the external site.
  • No Liability: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of any third-party links or services.

6. Disclaimers (Provided "As-Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaiTopUp disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fly Fly Mu Technology Limited, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data loss) arising from your use of the Service.

  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD (or its equivalent in other currencies).
  • Statute of Limitations: Any legal action related to the Service must be initiated within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with the HKIAC Rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.

10. General Provisions

  • Modifications: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to HaiTopUp at any time, with or without cause or notice.
